Pricing your course right is as imperative as creating valuable content for your learners. Once you have created your course, determining your pricing structure is the next important step.

Go to the “Courses” page and click on the details icon to proceed. Click on the "Update Pricing Plan" button in the “Pricing” tab to update the pricing details.

Side pop up will open with pre-populated data in Plan Name, Price and Payble Price.

If you want to change the plan name or price then you can just enter the updated details and click on the “Add Pricing” button.

But if you want to change the validity type then you need to check the “Restrict Access” checkbox and select the validity type accordingly.

Validity Type: It will display three options- “Lifetime”, “Fixed Date” and “No. of Days”.

Lifetime: If you want the course to be lifetime then you don’t need to check the “Restrict Access” checkbox or else you can just select validity type as “Lifetime” and click on “Add Pricing” button.

Fixed Date: Set a date up until which the course can be accessed for this plan.

No. of Days: Selecting No.of days option will enable a field, “Specific Number Of Days”. This will fix the number of days. Only upto that number of days, the course can be accessed in a particular plan.

Max Viewing Hours: Define the total number of video watch hours, exceeding which, the course duration will be completed.

After the above settings, click on the "Add Pricing" button. The pricing details will get updated.
