How to approve Ratings and Reviews within your platform?
The article describes how to view and approve the pending reviews and check average ratings.
Once the course is set up and published, every learner who signed up could rate review them.
However they would not be visible publicly unless approved by the admin.
Go to your Dashboard->Contents->Ratings&Reviews section, you'll see the list of courses with there status.
View the course with pending requests and click on that particular option, a pop-up will appear.
You can now select weather you want to approve or reject the review, if you approve you'll get a validation message "Review Approved Successfully".
Once the review is marked as Approved, it gets shifted to the Approved section, were the review can also be Marked as Featured/Reject.
To Reject a Review click on the reject option and the Review will be rejected with a validation message "Review Rejected Successfully "
Once the Review is Rejected Succesfully it won't be visible in the course review section.
